Reservation Procedures
Requirements
1. Reservation Fee (check, wire transfer, cash, credit card)
2. Reservation Agreement Form (provided by the company)
3. Buyer’s Quotation Sheet (provided by the company)
4. Buyer’s Information Sheet (provided by the company)
5. Photocopy of Passport and Valid I.D. with picture
6. Photocopy of Billing with address (any of water, electric, telephone etc)
Local Buyer
International Buyer
1. After coordinating your intention to purchase a unit, I could email the Reservation Agreement Form, Buyer’s Quotation Sheet and Buyer’s Information Sheet. Kindly download, print, fill-up all necessary information and sign. You can submit them by email or FedEx. Please provide us with Photocopy of Passport, any valid ID and photocopy of Billing with address.

3. If you avail of deferred cash, kindly provide all post dated checks for monthly installments plus the Balance check. We prepare local checks but we also accept U.S. Dollar, Canadian Checks and Middle East Checks. The checks must be named to the company or subsidiary.
4. After the reservation of unit has been accepted by the company, you will receive the confirmation documents and the Official Receipt. Kindly submit here any proof of income (latest bank statement for 6 months, ITR etc). We will also ask you to sign the set of Contract to Sells. Once the set of Contract to Sells is notarized then you will receive your own copy.

- After coordinating your intention to purchase a unit, we could meet in our office to fill-up and sign all documents like Reservation Agreement Form, Buyer’s Quotation Sheet and Buyer’s Information Sheet. Please provide us with Photocopy of Valid IDs with picture, Passport (optional but could be a valid ID), and photocopy of billing with address.
- You can reserve by issuing a reservation check (name to the company or subsidiary), paying cash or using credit cards like Visa and MasterCard.
- If you avail of deferred cash, kindly provide all post dated checks for monthly installments plus the Balance Check. The checks must be named to the company or subsidiary.
- After the reservation of unit has been accepted by the company, you will receive confirmation documents and Official Receipt. Kindly submit here any proof of income (latest bank statement for 6 months, ITR etc). We will also ask you to sign the set of Contract to Sells. Important Reminders
- In signing of Reservation Agreement Form, Buyer’s Quotation Sheet, and Buyer’s Information Sheet, if married the spouse must affix his or her signature to all documents, or if more than one buyer, they must sign the documents and fill-up a separate Buyer’s Information Sheet.
- All payments in checks must be named to the company or subsidiary.
